Assessment Overview
ePlus offers a two-day Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment to help you understand your current readiness profile for adoption and identify any knowledge gaps. Through this assessment, ePlus will work with you to provide a better understanding of the technology in play along with your organizational readiness to accelerate your adoption journey. This assessment will enhance your employee experience and productivity via the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

ePlus will execute this assessment in a collaborative and informative approach with your resources to ensure that enablement and knowledge transfer supports ownership and future operational success of your environment.
Phase I Microsoft 365 Copilot Overview and Organizational Readiness
In this phase, we explore current, practical applications of AI, emphasizing real-world effectiveness over theoretical potential.
We will cover techniques for engaging and managing diverse stakeholders in AI initiatives and a roadmap for effectively and ethically integrating AI into your organization.
Conduct one (1) up to four-hour assessment session to review the following elements:
- Overview of Microsoft 365 Copilot technology and architecture
- Introduction to Microsoft Responsible AI
- Discuss best practices for user experience and feedback strategy to enhance adoption in the organization
- Review up to three (3) representative use cases relevant to customer’s vertical and business
- Conduct up to three (3), one-hour workshop sessions with customer process owners and data stewards to identify datasets in scope for up to three (3) use cases
- Demo of Copilot
Phase II Technical Readiness
Conduct one (1) up to four-hour assessment session to review the following elements:
- Review of the Semantic Index
- Overview of Microsoft 365 datasets (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online) and external integrations with plugins and graph connectors
- Overview of proper data management in Purview to include data classification, labeling, and enforcement
- Licensing requirements for:
- Microsoft 365 User licenses E3 and E5
- Purview requirements
- Copilot
- Walk through of high-level best practices for:
- Proof of Concept
- Pilot
- Production
- Auditing and Operational management
