  • Employee Productivity: Need a desk or meeting room? Use the Cisco Space Explorer WebApp on desktop or Kiosk or mobile to locate available spaces based on capacity or floor. Reserve a desk or hold a meeting room for 3 minutes and navigate to the space knowing it is ready for you.
  • Indoor Wayfinding: Look up turn-by-turn directions to meeting rooms, printer bays, desks and other points of interest on your digital signage. Scan the QR code and start navigating.
  • Sustainability & Wellbeing: Smart Rooms are intelligently aware of occupants and the environment. They proactively monitor and adjust ventilation & temperature to ensure consistent comfort, making meeting rooms more productive for occupants. When unoccupied, they shut off automatically, saving energy.
  • Space Utilization: Ensure optimal use of real estate. Analytics on occupancy and usage patterns offer an accurate understanding of space utilization across your real estate portfolio. Use this information to identify inefficiencies and consolidate or reconfigure spaces accordingly.
